Established in 1960 as one of the eight pioneering Regional Engineering Colleges (RECs), Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT) Bhopal stands as a premier institution dedicated to advancing technical education in India. Fee Structure

Tuition fee for students taking admission to B. Tech, B.Arch and B. Plan courses is  Rs 1,25,000/- per student per annum from the academic year 2016 - 2017. (vide MHRD order F .No.33 - 4/ 2014 - TS.III, dated 24th June, 2016) detailed fee structure is available on institute website-www.manit.ac.in

The tuition fee is subject to the following for protecting the interests of the socially and economically backward students:- 

(a) The SC/ ST/ PwD students shall get complete fee waiver. 

(b) The most economically backward students (whose family income is less than Rs 1.0 lakh per annum) shall get full remission of the fee. 

(c) The other economically backward students (whose family income is between Rs 1.0 lakh to 5.00 lakh per annum) shall get remission of 2/3rd of the fee. (Rs. 41668.00 per year and Rs. 20834.00 per semester)

(d) Tuition Fee - Family income more than Rs. 5 laks Rs. 125000.00 per year and Rs. 62500.00 per semester.

(e) The revised fee would be applicable for students taking admission starting from academic year 2025-26 onward.
       (i)   Institute other fees for first semester B.Arch.& B. Plan is Rs. 17250.00 and B.Tech. is Rs 17000.00 
       (ii)  Hostel fee (double occupancy)  for first semester Rs. 18000.00
       (iii) Food/Mess fee approx. Rs. 30000 per year.

Note: 
i) Any change in the Tuition Fee from time to time shall be binding to all students
ii) There shall be an annual increase of 10% in other fees

Financial Assistance

As per MHRD letter F.No.33-4/2015 TS.III dated 29/02/2016 SC & ST students has to apply for the Post Matric Scholarship, students has to apply directly for Scholarship available with State/Central Government etc.

         MANIT Bhopal places a strong emphasis on the career development of its students through a dedicated Training and Placement Cell.     •            Highest Package: The highest salary packages offered have reached significant figures, with reported highs going up to INR 82 LPA or  even higher in recent placement drives, particularly in the IT and CSE sectors. 

    •            Average Package: The average salary packages also show positive trends, with overall averages for B.Tech programs often reported in the   range of INR 11 LPA to INR 16 LPA in recent years. Branch-wise averages can vary, with CSE typically having higher averages (e.g., INR 19 LPA to INR 25 LPA).
