International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar was established by the Government of Odisha in 2006. It is designed to be a premier institute of Information Technology and related areas. The Institute has been converted into a unitary university by the Government of Odisha on 20th Jan 2014.

Rules For Change Branch:

Normally, only those students will be eligible for consideration of a change of branch, after the second semester, who have

o   completed all the common credits required in the first two semesters of their studies, in their first attempt;

o    obtained a CGPA of not less than 8.00  in first year

Financial Assistance:
G B scholarship:  Top three students in each branch of B.Tech. programme of each year will be awarded this scholarship. The amounts are as follows:
      •        First Topper : Rs 20000 per annum
      •        Second Topper : Rs. 15000 per annum
      •        Third Topper : Rs. 10000   per annum

    • Scholarship from NCERT
    •        The candidates may avail scholarships offered in their respective States.
    •        Many charitable agencies and foundations offer scholarships to students
